This new four-story 100,000 square foot office building was designed to take advantage of its site atop Prospect Hill. As a speculative Class A office building, this structure was designed with optimal floor plates to allow a number of multi-tenants to occupy each floor. The two story atrium entrance contains a lounge, security station, staircase and elevator lobby.

The project was designed with Margulies & Associates in 2002.
