Colin Smith Architecture, Inc. designed this 2-story retail façade for Crosspoint Associates. Due to the topography, the building sits much lower to the street as is common in most retail buildings, therefore the height was raised to dramatically increase its presence from the street. In addition to this primary structure, two freestanding retail structures are being designed for the site.
