This 23-story residential high rise was conceived to take advantage of the "air rights" over a six-story building in downtown Boston with historical significance. Located along the Central Artery Greenway, this residential development is poised to benefit from its proximity to new cultural activities and nearby Boston harbor.

The project was designed with Margulies & Associates in 2002.
