Colin Smith Architecture, Inc. developed feasibility studies for an underutilized 7 acre parcel of land located along the busy Route 9 retail corridor. To take full advantage of the site, numerous parking layouts were studied to maximize building lease space as permitted under current zoning-bylaw regulations. The resultant 12,000 square foot building is positioned to maximize retail exposure along the busy street and the second floor developed to accommodate a restaurant or office tenant.
