This six-story residential building was designed on a vacant lot in South Boston to house 30 two bedroom condominium units. The ground floor was preserved for retail and along a side street accommodates the entrance to the underground parking structure. The circulation layout was organized to maximize the size of the residential units. Located adjacent to mass transit, this mixed use building not only provides much needed housing for the area but fills a gap in the urban landscape along West Broadway.
