Colin Smith Architecture, Inc. developed feasibility studies for two underutilized parcels of land, totaling 16 acres, located along the busy Needham Street retail corridor. Numerous layouts were studied to maximize the buildable lease space as permitted under current zoning-bylaw regulations. The buildings at Newton Technology Park will be reconfigured to create a new retail courtyard environment.
