Due to significant growth and expanding office needs, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts acquired this 300,000 square foot office building in Quincy, MA. In addition the site contained a dilapidated three story parking garage with a capacity of 1,000 cars. The existing office building was completely renovated and new lobby addition created to provide for increased circulation and a security station.

The existing garage was replaced with a new four story precast parking garage with a capacity for 1,350 cars. In addition, the garage contains a shuttle stop and enclosed walkway "connector" to the office building. The corner of the garage nearest the office building was chamfered and given a façade to create a courtyard for the building entrance.
